Salon Policies

Late

There is a complimentary grace period of 15 minutes for all late appointments, and a grace period of 30 minutes before automatic cancellation. The late fee is applied to your service upon expiration of the grace period.

Cancellation

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations, and 100% of service price for no-shows.

24 Hour Notice

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee. 

Children

We encourage you to make child care arrangements, unless your child is receiving a service. This ensures that you and the other guests of the salon have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
