Exchange Policy
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and products, we are unable to offer refunds.
To be eligible to request an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All hair care products including, but not limited to, moisturizers, shampoo, and conditioner are final sale (and ineligible for exchange) to protect and ensure the integrity of products for all clients and customers.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Exchange
For exchanging items purchased online, exchange requests must be submitted within, and up to, 48 hours from delivery notification. Acceptable contact method for exchange request is by email during the timeframe specified.

Items purchased online must be returned by mail within 3-5 days from point of contact to be considered eligible for exchange.

Items are only exchangeable unused, unaltered, and still in the original packaging.
In-Store Exchange
For exchanging items purchased in store, exchange requests must be submitted within, and up to, 48 hours. Items are only eligible for exchange in the condition in which they were sent: unused, unaltered in original packaging.
Once your item(s) for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: B'Gorgeous Int'l. Multi-Ethnic Salon, 3250 Hollis Street, Suite 118, Oakland CA 94608, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take, for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend you take the necessary precaution to protect your investment when shipping item(s).

Custom Wig Terms and Conditions
Please note that upon wig request approval and order placement, custom wig unit must be obtained within 7 days of pickup date scheduled, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and order canceled. Purchase authorization implies agreement to terms and conditions herein.
